The Natureline Gourd Rack System is available as a 1-level rack to hold up to 8 Gourds or as a 2-level rack to hold up to 16 Gourds. A Gourd Rack Upgrade Kit is available to convert any existing 1-level Natureline Gourd Rack to a 2-level gourd rack. Add a Natureline Sectional Pole and you have a complete premium gourd rack package ready to install and enjoy.

Heavy duty Rack Hub halves molded of tough glass-filled white nylon resin with UV inhibitors. The assembly hardware supplied with each hub is corrosion resistant stainless steel. Two rack halves are required for each gourd rack level.

Rack Arms made of steel tubing protected with a heavy zinc coating. The arms are strong but light weight. And, best of all, the arms can be easily replaced if the need should ever arise. Each gourd rack level has 4 arms -- each arm is designed to hold two gourds.

Hanger Clamps are supplied for each Rack Arm. These Hanger Clamps are not a “make-do” adaptation but were designed especially for the Natureline Gourd Rack System. They are molded of white, UV inhibited polypropylene resin. They are held securely in place on the rack arm with corrosion resistant stainless steel hardware. Yet, they can be quickly and easily moved to a new position on the rack arm. Two Hanger Clamps are supplied for each gourd rack arm.

A Hanger Ring is supplied with each Hanger Clamp. No twisted wires or clumsy nuts and bolts on this rack system! These tough Hanger Rings hold the gourds securely yet are easily opened and closed when you are installing or removing the gourds. They are made of nickel plated steel for strength and corrosion resistance.

The exclusive Natureline Gourd Rack Pulley, like the rack hub, is made of glass-filled nylon resin with UV inhibitors. It, too, is assembled using corrosion resistant stainless steel hardware. The pulley has a large diameter sheave to make raising and lowering the gourd rack easier. Special rope guides are molded into the pulley to keep the rope on the sheave - no more jammed rope as is so common with many pulleys. The pulley is designed to be mounted in the upper end of the pole. This keeps the load centered on the pole and also plugs the end to keep damaging water out of the pole. Braided polyester Rope for raising and lowering the rack system is supplied with each Natureline Gourd Rack System.

Each Natureline Gourd Rack System comes with a PVC Ground Socket. No more breaking concrete to replace a pole damaged by a strong wind. Just slide the pole into and out of the Ground Socket any time you choose.

A Safety Pin that is accessible from ground level is supplied with each Natureline Gourd Rack System. NO LADDER REQUIRED! A Safety Pin, properly installed, can prevent serious injury to anyone under the rack should it unexpectedly fall to the ground.

Tubular zinc plated steel spacers, threaded tie-rods and stainless steel fasteners are supplied with the 2-level Natureline Gourd Rack System and the Gourd Rack Upgrade Kit.

The optional Natureline 3-section Pole is made of zinc-plated steel for strength and durability. Each pole section is 6 feet long. Two sections are pre-swaged to allow the sections to be securely stacked without the use of additional connectors or fasteners. The finished pole length is 17 feet (after allowance is made for the swaged connections).

A 2” Swaged Connector is supplied for those persons who choose to supply their own pole. It is used to join the recommended 2” EMT conduit sections. (The Natureline Gourd Racks are designed to fit 2” EMT “thin-wall” metal conduit. The Gourd Racks will also fit 2” schedule 40 metal water pipe. PVC water pipe or conduit will not support the Natureline Gourd Rack system.)

A detailed illustrated Instruction Sheet is provided to help you properly assemble the Gourd Rack System. Our recommendations for installing the pole are also included.

Gourds are not included with the Gourd Rack systems or the Upgrade Kit. The Gourd Rack Systems, the Upgrade Kit and the Gourd Rack Pole can all be shipped via UPS. Some of the products are classified as “oversized” according to UPS Packaging Guidelines.
