Plasticraft is a specialized manufacturing firm serving industrial, commercial, automotive and medical industries. The Alabama facility has approximately 140,000 square feet, and the Iowa facility has 72,000 square feet. The Iowa facility has been in operation since the first quarter of 1998. From its inception in 1972, Plasticraft has steadily expanded from a Plastic Molding operation to a complete manufacturing facility.

There are approximately eighty skilled personnel in the technical operation in Alabama and approximately 25 employees at the Iowa location. The staff includes a full complement of designers, technicians, craftsmen, engineers, electricians, quality control and other skilled personnel. Some of the most up-to-date CNC and conventional equipment are housed in our Tooling Department, as well as CAD systems in our Design Department.

Plasticraft incorporates the use of Statistical Process Control(SPC), material traceability, high quality raw materials, detailed inspection and tests, and the continued education of employees in order to produce a product that meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.
